Once a month, we’re on site for a review and planning meeting. During the meeting we:
Look Back Evaluate where we’ve been, collect agreed data for decision making and prepare for presentation.
Re-evaluate Use our “Looking Back” information to understand where the business is currently at.
Look Forward Agree to a plan for the following month, including action items and assignment of responsibility.
Between meetings, we’re available by phone and email to answer any questions that come up.
